 Our Roots 

The Rockland County Chess Club is driven by a single goal; to bring the joy of chess to our community. 

​We strive to build a community of players of all strengths and ages who are interested in learning and playing.  Our club offers both serious rated tournament games (see our calendar) and casual games.​
It is my style to take my opponent and myself on to unknown grounds. A game of chess is not an examination of knowledge; it is a battle of nerves.
